ABSTRACT The article presents the results of the study of the process, analysis of the operation process and the time to perform sewing operations for knitted products based on the MTM standard time analysis method and the GSD predetermined time system combined with the experimental survey at the enterprise. The authors have classified main parts - connecting lines, formulated sewing technology process and theoretical analysis of the process of manipulating sewing of the main parts - linkages of the 02 classical textile products including Polo-Shirt and T-Shirt by the MTM standard time analysis method and GSD predetermined time system, conducting field surveys at some knitting enterprises to analyze and compare the theoretical results with practice. The obtained results have built a way to systematize and standardize the data bank on the operation process and reasonable operation time to sew 02 products with the data set ensuring diversity, matching all the technological structure solutions suitable to reality in garment enterprises. The results of the research can be applied to production practical in knitwear enterprises, contributing to the improvement and rationalization of labor methods, building standard tasks and optimal technological processes, maximizing existing production conditions in order to improve labor productivity and economic efficiency, creating a premise to apply digital technology to create a breakthrough in Vietnam's garment industry.
