Abstract This article focuses on comparing the factors of fuel cell vehicle and electric vehicle in vehicle net weight, storage capacity, pollutant emissions as well as the benefits of fuel cells. The authors performed a quantitative comparison of the life cycle costs of the powertrain for 160.934 km. The study has found out that fuel cells are superior to electric batteries in terms of net weight, volume, cost, greenhouse gas reduction, refueling time and they have superior efficiency in the extraction of natural gas or biomass energy such as source costs and life cycle. Chiều ngày 18 tháng 4 năm 2025, tại Trụ sở Bộ Công Thương, Thứ trưởng Nguyễn Hoàng Long đã tiếp đoàn công tác của Quỹ Khí hậu Xanh (GCF) và Ngân hàng Thế giới tại Việt Nam về việc thúc đẩy triển khai Dự án Thúc đẩy tiết kiệm năng lượng trong các ngành công nghiệp Việt Nam. Cùng tham dự có bà Nguyễn Thị Lâm Giang – Cục trưởng Cục Đổi mới sáng tạo, Chuyển đổi xanh và Khuyến công.
